Completely unrelated subjects, but I'd like to congratulate myself on leveling up in regards to hair and fur. 2009 vs 2017.

The first image was part of an art show I was in during college. I remember the guy next to me getting mad bcuz he said it was a print & not 'real art.'

secondary to that: tell commissioners what the subjects are like! are they cocky, shy, stern, serious? knowing even a few quick buzzwords about their personality can help influence how an artist draws someone, esp if they’re interacting! (3/6)
