It's not perfect but medibang gets the job done. And it has a mobile version. Hell, the mobile version is what I use to draw on and it's surprisingly really good... Just.. save your work alot. Random crashes are uncommon but it'll revert back to your last quick save when it does.

iii. it’s not all bad

some things in sumeru are well done. for example, nilou’s animations as shown in the trailer is quite accurate to persian traditional dances. it’s lovely to watch, despite the fact that her design feeds into the western ‘belly dancer’ stereotype.
