As much as possible, make the motivations and actions of your NPCs believable. Would the queen really tell the PCs about her family's shameful secret on first meeting? Would the master of the thieves guild really live in a crude room next to the sewer?

I wonder if someone can give me advise on something.

A person I play with has asked me about a doing a character art commission for them and insists on paying. I’m happy to do it, but I’m unsure how much one would charge.

I made these for my own NPCs, any thoughts on pricing?

It's the region from the Archon of Justice/Water

From the few NPCs and characters from there, you can see some fantasy/gothic/victorian style to it.

It's a platformer/ visual novel hybrid with a dating sim focus. Featuring a wide variety of characters of all types, and options to curate what NPCs you meet based on your preferences.

All characters will be original, but some may seem familiar in a legally-distinct parody way.
