The PMA esque adapter is separate and with them removed it will fit in a shuttle bay with APAS 89s (maybe 75s too). With it it will fit in an S4B fairing. The fore and aft ends can be switched from 0.625 to 0.9375 as well.

When you removed the 7-Eleven branding on the Slurpee Machines (on Unity) you forgot to activate the glass layer... The slurpee part looks more like dark jell-o now as there's no bright glass on the top...
