Its 100% copy and tracing when you can put the images on top of each other and not see much of a diff.

Something i had to do for school. The goal was to take this illustration and turn it into pixel art by shrinking it and limiting the color palette using Photoshop. I dont have PS so i traced it and picked the colors myself :T
