I finally launched my first comic! Jay and Erin are polar opposites- aesthetically, at least. The story deals with social anxiety, depression, self love and the sense of belonging. It's very sweet and dumb- I hope you check it out! https://t.co/9qmrQghRJz #webcomic #lgbtart
Self-promotion comes in many forms, but there is one simple tried and tested method that you shouldn’t underestimate: sending an introductory email. 🔥

@kalahaha Here's my Lanky Human Wizard, Ehlrich of The Pines~
A mess of self-doubt and social anxiety, with lots of heart and a heaping amount of the very dangerous curiosity wizard often have for magical unknown. Looking for knowledge, but finding instead some kinship along his travel...
Here we go!
1. You relate to
Moeta Kaoruko (Comic Girls)
One of the most immediately relatable characters ever. Anxiety, lack of confidence, constant second-guessing, overactive obsession, fixation on cute girls, unabashed perversion - the ultimate "literally me" character
1. Futaba (P5) and Maya (AC) for me! I always liked Futaba because I could personally relate to her issues such as social anxiety, fascination for many topics and in general some of her traits! Also Maya just constantly reminded me of myself because of her energy 😂
I tried doing a background to calm my anxiety, also to gather more examples if I were to start commissions
because i drank a caffeine and instead of waking me up it just activated my Anxiety, bumble ball object head
When we see someone struggling, we want to fix it for them, but sometimes we unintentionally add fuel to the fire. Here are 8 things not to say to someone who deals with anxiety, and what actually helps. https://t.co/u4uQoyMXgA
Not only was Mazel Tov, Libby! relatable as someone who also suffers from social anxiety, it reminded me of my own graduation party where much like Libby the only person that I invited who wasn't family or a family friend was my own best friend.

An old story goes that there are "two wolves" fighting inside you. The one that wins is the one you feed.
In Paradigm Shift, the #werewolf has always been an embodiment of fear and anxiety, and ultimately how Kate has to come to face and overcome that.
Just like we all do.
Tonight I'm retweeting randomly our followers starting with z.

Hi! 👋🏻 I’m Kaleid, and I’m an artist living with Crohn’s disease, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I don’t normally talk about my health much here, but #InvisibleDisabilitiesWeek is a great opportunity to share and normalize our struggles, even if they’re unseen ❤️
13 vs now
At 13 I struggled a lot with depression and social anxiety, I didn't have friends so my self esteem was on the floor, my hair was crazy long too!
Now at 22, I'm more social, have some great friends and my self esteem, while still a WIP is much much better than before https://t.co/qNi7lZgIOQ
In this artwork you’ll discover the color of the first Chakra (Root Chakra), the associated element, & one of the yoga postures to nurture it. Yes! We need to take care of it because once it’s blocked, there’ll be physical and emotional symptoms (such insecurity, anxiety, etc)
