went back and manually edited out some outlines around the characters in page 56 that made them stand out from the background... it really bothered me when i was looking at this page for reference material while drawing 86.

I've got that problem with pretty much every drawing and once I finally manage to settle for something else for the character because "they can't ALL be purple" the same problem occurs with the background... But sometimes I'll just give in to the temptation:

thinking about future works, replicating the pattern of a transparent png background...........i think it’d probably be doable with acrylics and a LOT of masking tape
