#DonBluth Happy belated to Don the best most amazing animator/director
I found parts of my first portfolio that I showed to Don Bluth in 1990 when I applied there. Here is one of the pages. I guess I always had a Disney/Bluth style.
Wishing @DonBluth (September 13th) & @flashcartoons (September 14th) a happy birthday & big congratulations on keeping traditional animation alive with the announcement of their new Don Bluth Studios & the new “Bluth Fables” series. #donbluthanimation #traditionalanimation
'Bluth Fables' to Debut at Newly Formed Don Bluth Studios https://t.co/K2Ltc23er2
Someone pointed out Don Bluth's new studio logo looks like it's jacking off and now I can't unsee it.
Don Bluth is basically responsible for my art style, Gargoyles responsible for my aesthetic and theme (non humans protecting humans but feared by them), Bowser is the reason I’m an artist at all, and Draco sent me down a Dragon spiral I’ve never come out of. https://t.co/ux4qor5UVo
Come check out "Bluth Fables" a brand new concept by the newly formed Don Bluth Studios! Don Bluth writes, narrates and draws out these short nursery rhyme stories as if you are in a storybook. With live streams that show progress every week! https://t.co/mKNuf0vAPS
An extra work for the great 🍉🍉@Vannamelons 🍉🍉with the adorable Vanna Seasalt and our favorite 🍋Lemon🍋.

It's an illustration to test a Don Bluth ambiant render.

@Smatterbrain It was like Don Bluth was the Miyazaki for us except with in edibles like spike with the grass
@Marcel_Hampel Thank you for this!
I'm a indie traditional illustrator/animator/painter mentored by Don Bluth. 🐝🐟
Everyone: "Man Bluther was pretty cool!"
Me: "I wonder what Tirion is up to..."
Animation backgrounds from Don Bluth’s ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN (1989).
@martinidog @SuperNinfendo IIRC it was supposed to be canon, I remember a sketch floating around the internet (Like in early 2000s) of Mrs. Brisby and Justin kissing that was supposedly drawn by Bluth himself, but now all I can find online is fan coloured versions :(
I just watched Anastasia for the first time last night. It's far from perfect, but I really enjoyed it. The traditional animation was gorgeous, I liked the characters, the songs were nice, and the voice talent was excellent. It's one of Don Bluth's best films. I recommend it.
