Checker. A bit of an experiment with checkerboard dither. The experiment didn't work great but I might pick it up again later if I think of a better way to approach it.

OKAY THERE. the first dithering manually applied: the dark blue shadow under the legs is now a 50/50 blue-black checkerboard. Looks fine to me!
