There's a banner draped over Yhorm's throne bearing the same insignia as Yhorm wears on his chest. I kind of wonder if it may be some oblique reference to Storm King or simply to Storm Ruler itself. The arch at the top is reminiscent of the DaS3 Storm Ruler's curved pommel.

Depending on what angle/side the face is on I generally just flip it. If they’re facing dead on forward then I’ll draw the nose shape in a thinner less curved manner.
