You can clearly see Ifrit and Titan emerging from the aether exposed during the Battle of Silvertear Skies, but in 1.0, you could only fight Ifrit and Garuda, not Titan. This is because an earthquake/tsunami devastated Japan, which would have made Titan an inappropriate addition.
