Jill is half Asian (Japanese from mother)and Caucasian (French from father)since early RE1 concepts^^
If you notice,OG RE3 Jill has clearly some Asian features.
I suppose Capcom edited a little Julia Voth's face too for RE1R.
I suppose they did also for RE3R but for DBD
