Oni! I love Yokai and all things Japanese Folklore, but Oni are by far the coolest. Red, green, or blue skin, tusks and horns. They’re depicted as vicious and ruthless, but I like to write them a bit more “humanlike”

Here we have an Ice Orc! They're secretive, almost unknown, completely immune to the cold, have crazy good dark vision and strange powers to form things of ice. Also, their grow horn ridges and the tips of their tusks (and sometimes of the ridges) are transparent!
