@sith_core Svinra is my Imperial Agent. His comfort food would def be bangers and mash w/ roasted veggies.
But it was for his satirical portraits in which he constructed human faces from objects that Arcimboldo became popular.
They were almost certainly made as a form of frivolous entertainment for the Imperial Court.
You can imagine the laughter and intrigue when this was revealed:
HOT TAKE TIME: The Imperial Guard should be the ONLY imperium faction on the table top and all of the other human factions (SoB, Knights, Mecanicus, Titans, Assassins) should just be specialized auxiliary units ESPECIALLY space marines and castodes who should hardly ever be seen.
