Well, this is a bit rushed and bullshitted, but here's what I think might be a good colour scheme for Milli. If drawing her as a furry (Either kemonomimi or full-on furry is fine) then replace the skintone with the same pink as her tail and ears I guess?

Dumbass she's barely even orange in that show. She's got a skintone you could easily find on any white bitch with a spray bottle, or even just a Latina chick. She's considerably more orange literally everywhere else. Even when they did the orange flames under her skin in titans.
