On the 8th of August 1998, Martian Successor Nadesico: The Motion Picture – Prince of Darkness was released. It was the sequel to the Nadesico TV series & Blank of 3 years video game. It debuted in SRW R (GBA) in 2002.

A bit more modern rescan. The show came out in 2007, which feels like only two or three years ago. It didn't get the best of receptions, but for whatever reason, it's one of those favourites of mine that hit a certain sweetspot.

Complaints I noticed when SRW 30 was revealed:

Mao's new design for The Inspector and the most recent OG games fits better her original art from SRW 4/F but I will always prefer fluffy Mao from the Alpha series and early OGs

I remember when Dai-Guard was in SRW for some number of games in the Z Series.
Not only are the animations pretty cool, and they took into account that it doesn't have one basic attack; Akagi, the main pilot, has a way to increase Pilot Points gained by him.
Our heroes can be affected by the loss of friends like Optimus Prime. E.g. Noriko Takaya looked up to Prime since we can make things up like he was a hero who knew Mr. Takaya personally.
Plus, I wanna hear Vince Dicola's music in SRW which would be cool.
