When I draw bodies I usually get base off on Megaman X and Zero's body structure mentally as a base, It helped me to find and get used to the position of the chest, stomach, hips and arm position

Things like whole arm built and legs had to be studied by watching other bases tho

No one came as close to perfectly blending the best elements of comic/graphic style, with the style of anime imo. Whether it was intentional or not, the mashup works on so many levels. I could go on and on about his muscle structures!

He and Jim Lee have very similar strengths imo. The muscle structure is impeccable, how he draws hair, and how he always nails it with pieces featuring characters standing in the rain! His pieces to me are almost just godlike in anatomy, poses, etc.
