1. I routinely watch ocean documentaries to really help solidify the feel of this comic. Ones with Attenborough, like Blue Planet II, have tons of tasty morsels in cinematography, palettes, and Ocean Facts that I like use for comic. Used a screencap for the palette of this page.

my 2018 summary of art!
i made a lot of pieces i'm proud of this year, and during the first half of it i was drawing a lot! the second half of 2018 was rough, but despite this i was still able to create pieces that i'm happy with 💖
overall, i'd consider this a good art year!

Oh boy its that time of the year again folks.

This year was…rough, to say the least, I struggled a lot to draw sometimes.
I had some really nice pieces come through near the end of the year tho !!

I can only hope that 2019 will be better for me.

First half of the year was rough, holding the drawing pen felt so foreign. I was uninspired to start anything.
I'm happy to be back and finish a lot of illustrations
on the latter half (ty foofa arts). I didn't improve much but I'm gonna work hard on 2019 yosh!
