Ah, thank you so much here is a quick little guide you might find helpful, it doesn't yield the best results but it's really quick, start from the second darkest to establish flow and shade it like a twisting cloth, then add highlights, and add glow layers to brighten it up!

I am working with one base layer and a Multipy shadow layer with a brown/pinkish grey color. Then: paint shadows, blend, re-sharpen some edges
