Do we have information on who made these localizations? Like, names?

Omg brain blast idea. I LOVE drawing isometric views. I know what my next big comic is gonna be, but im going to do scene shots, even with dialogue, with lots of these. Like have conversations or transition scenes with views like this.
With a college setting, it works so well.

I do hope we get really good character interaction tho. I want the Brave Express and Nines dialogue from SRW V with every character, since their easily the most human of the braves. Give me Drill Boy playing with the kids on the team. Also Shadowmaru and Volfog will be something.
