When I first made an attempt at designing my vtuber, I could barely draw a headshot and scraped together concepts based off avatar makers. Now, I am drawing fullbody sketches that convey a comprehensive idea.

Yay, I finished it!
It's my second attempt at full-color animation, and it turned out quite well? Figuring out how to animate the hair strands was the biggest challenge for me here, and shading was challenging too.
I'm looking forward to doing more stuff like this in the future!
