Raak wasn't scary enough and looked too much like some sort of ghost dragon. I wanted him to look more like an undefined specie. It's very hard to come up with an original design without leaning towards something you know.

While working on charm layouts and doing test prints I realized that Jackbot needed to be adjusted to better fit in the 3in square. I really refined his wings, made Tim bigger so he's actually visible, and I realized Jackbot's left eye was too high.
