Last week I had the chance to doodle around in Procreate on a friend's tablet for a bit, so I made this Ba'yog sketch as an experiment.
Did some small adjustments in my usual software afterwards, but overall it seems like a fun and accessible way to paint on the go. 🐢

I make a rough sketch layer, then a sketch layer, sometimes a base tone layer, then a render in black and white, then multiple soft light and overlay layers, usually 2 of each, then details and effects then a color adjustment one. So yeah roughly 10-20

figured out how to do the dull skin thingy apparently it's base layer < brightness adjustment (lower the brightness and contrast or whatever u want) < shading (the orange-ish parts)
