I don't know what I'm doing most the time. Painterly? Flat? Minimal colour? Lots of colour? WHO KNOWS! #4styles
#4styles really it's just whether or not I want to put up with lineart. I want to try to experiment with a less painterly style of coloring though
Hello! Thought I post the 4 styles that I mainly use. I really love doing lineart, but I try doing painterly style sometimes. :) #4styles

I mean, it's thick lines, thin lines, painterly & painterly subdued 🙃
#4stylْes showing both traditional and digital pieces that are also both illustrative and painterly

I guess these could be my #4stylْes: painterly/semi-realistic, sketchy, character design and inked traditional art (+comic book colouring which could be an extra! Ahah!). This tag is great, cause it shows that one doesn't need one precise and super recognizable style: have fun!
Just wanna share my #4styles : 1 is recent commission on Victory Belles to which I really loved how I rendered the characters - combination of cell shading and soft shading, 2nd is which i'm known for since Ragnarok days: chibi style, 3rd is my painterly & 4th is my chill style
We have a diverse enough team to pull off #4styles but I'll just focus on WaHa of #wahawednesday. While he has his usual anime art direction, at times, he had to adapt it quite a bit to fit the requirements of our various clients, be it more painterly or even western cartoon.
My styles for #4styles ! My comfortable slightly anime style, realistic/painterly, chibi, and my sketchy style, which I think has a big difference from the rest!
I felt I was more of a range from stylized and graphic to painterly and more realistic. Looking at all these together though, it’s really “did I have a game plan or did I slap layer modes together in a panic until the image looked decent?” Either way it’s #4styles
#4styles gradually less and less lineart, more and more painterly. Just the way I want it
ooh I like this one! #4styles
I'm gonna call them graphic, painterly, sketchy, and watercolor??
Hope I'm not too late to the #4styles party! This is a tag for me, I don't even draw my own characters consistently. All four of these are THE SAME OC. I tell people I have both a clean and painterly style but honestly, even that's not accurate.
#4styles Sometimes I go all-out cartoony, anime, and more painterly... #dnd #gamedevelopment
Oh and then sometimes I just do like a painterly anime thing? #4styles
clean painterly, action cell shade, cinematic shade, and clean watercolor! used to experiment a lot but recently been sticking with my fav, clean painterly #4styles
Constantly fluxing between graphicly inked, painterly and a good mixup of both #4styles
heres my #4styles x) graphic, semi realism, loose + painterly
