Yeah - the lighting in that image doesn't show his skin tone as well as his original in-game art. (Also I received the picture through Discord, which sometimes messes with the colour settings).

I use Procreate and primarily use the Technical Pen for inking.
I have the streamline set at 70% to assist with smooth lines.

You can alter these settings by clicking on the brush.
Very simplistic and nothing special but ye ;u;
