I love the Owl House BUT! It is still guilty of the “fat by comparison” trope that I hate so much. Willow is very obviously meant to be fat BUT when you look at her by herself she just looks average. It is her next to her peers that shows she is “fat”

A bit of my story I don't touch on, Matthew's eyes are meant to be unique compared to others because he was stuck in a multiverse corridor for a long time as a kid, hence the cyan eyes. I thought it'd be fun to do a comparison of how his eyes would be if they were still normal.
