Just wanted to share a bit of process when it comes to animating smartly/quickly. When you've got a detailed design and a lot of stuff to track, it's best to break stuff up, keep organized, and just plot the basic rhythm/movement without getting bogged down in detail too early.

Hey, thank you! The whole intro took 2yrs to make (which sums up 4-6 months of constant animating), on top of doing gamedev and commissions.
The dino is a Daspletosaurus (you can read more about them in Encyclopedia!) and she is someone special :)
