Lara Tybur

I wanna share this old artwork of mine from 2020. It was the year when I finally decided to do arts again from a very long hiatus. I've been in hiatus since 2016.

I started the comic in July, but I have two versions I did.

The top is the older version in 2020. Bot is the revamp and style I settled on.

Anywho~ Happy Canvas Day~!

Hi, people, and now for something slightly different: do you have a piece you've made years ago which stands the test of time?
Mine is this, made between 2019 and 2020.

能看出来线条进步还是不错，甚至用的同一个笔刷。。。
巧的是，最初给她命名的时候我还没玩火纹
她叫佩托拉（就很巧
随着死线越来越近也画的越来越随便了（。）

Here’s a little side-by-side of my original Zelda from last year and the new updated version. It’s wild what you can see when you get a bit of distance from something. Hindsight really is 2020. Just keep drawing, y’all.

"This mixed media drawing aims to capture the feeling of the year 2020. The jittery sense of anxiety and uncertainty, brain fog, and inability to see clearly or focus. It feels like this may be a new lens that we may all have to adapt to."

'2020 Vision' by Victoria Fifield.
