A few years back I made a Beast Wars OC that was basically a multiverse traveling arms dealing Predicon with Swindle's personality. His sass levels were dialed up to 500%. He's also stuck on Griffin Rock. He's the fluffy cat that makes the Rescue Bots lives more difficult

Yes, some tidying up re: disabling robots (and misbehaving clones?) will be needed for a time, but that's hardly enough work to consider it an intergalactic rebellion - bots & robots are just machines. (I think only Hordak's Horde used bots? HP used robots like these, not bots.)
