I just "write" about what's in my head at the time. My comic series though deal with characters that are late teens early 20s, though they will age as the series goes on. The saga it's in now has characters of all ages since it's some tournament with people from various islands.

Slander of women in their early 20s is no longer tolerated, they’re women with experience, not old hags 😭

Did y’all know that Jughead Jones the comic character does not in fact wear a paper party crown as I had assumed but is instead based off of a style in the 20s where guys took a fedora and cut a zigzag pattern onto the rim?

Tbh this is so important. I was in my 20s before my art started looking "decent" even. These two pics are 6 years apart (2017-2022, age 19-25), same character, similar pose. It's not about when you start. https://t.co/EGAaeOhLuX

This!! I think I can say all artists started out with very simple artwork. I went from drawing this (left) at 16 and now I'm in my late 20s, to this (right).
But now I'm mostly into anime fanart, I'm not really into portraits anymore, realised how stressful it can be sometimes💀

16yo vs 31yo
I've lived entirely off my art since my mid 20s
I've seen folk start off worse than me only to eclipse me now
I've seen folk start off later and improve rapidly
Nothing is hard and fast in art

my art as a teenager vs my art in my mid 20s

Age 15 (can't find a 16-17 one rn, but they're similar) vs 35

I didn't draw for years in my 20s (partly bc of opinions like the one this reaction is based on) and it's just a hobby for me, but oh my goodness art is for everyone at all ages.
This thread is so so right and good 🙏🏻 https://t.co/0C9aMZ3YTh

Dude I didn't start taking art seriously until I was 18 and didn't get good at it until I was in my late 20s. Now I'm 30 and I still feel like I have a long way to go.

Also, first ever tablet drawing in 2010 Vs now.

Here, Prentice from 2020, and an early digital drawing of him from 2011. Going to digital art (in my 20s) was a steep learning curve... It really felt like I had to start all over.

There were several points where I felt I'd regressed, stagnated, or didn't draw much. It's OK.

My art very much sucked ass on a fundamental level until I was like 20s? Holy shit I came out of a college thing doing this in like 2016?(first pic) I think I still should improve on a lot of things but 3D is really carrying my ass (2nd pic). Art is very much a skill you hone https://t.co/wTctUUKMwF

Yesterday it was decided that one of my Avatar OCs from my Earth Avatar story is 100% convinced the Zutara affair was real. And it’s HER. My beloved chaos former air nomad, Panga (pink hair is her when she’s in her early 20s, the other two are her when she’s 16!)

I wanted to participate in this year but this was all I could whip up. He looks a little younger than usual here, maybe this is him in his early 20s?

idk I just like the Koopa King, here's him in watercolors and Sharpie markers lol

Hi! Tagged by a friend, thank you for the thread!

My name is Aspen! I'm a queer autistic lad with DID! I'm in my mid 20s and I like to draw animal people, furries, monsters, and adoptables (some I have for sale on my kofi with the same handle!)

Me tag bf :)

Well I'm like 10 years out of school so... Grade 22. Welcome to your late 20s, Penny

A VERY old sketch but one I very much enjoy + a few other pieces. My girl Llarah runs a 20s-30s themed bar!
