Adora reminds Catra about hurting people when she opened the Portal. From Catra's reaction it's clear she remembers. That also means that Adora remembers putting together the puzzle pieces on her mind and running around frantically trying (and failing) to save everyone.

When Catra let her headpiece fall, the sound revealed that it's made of metal. I had thought it was something like hardened leather that might be comfortable to wear because it's constantly framing her face - day & night, hot or cold.
You ever think about how Catra's 'perfect' reality had Adora as Force Captain and Catra was just a regular solider happy to be with Adora no matter what, power is so obviously not what Catra wants she's just convinced herself it is. She wants Adora and she wants Adora to want her
Remember how we all said that the look Adora gave Catra in Portal told Catra that she'd gone too far and that she'd lost all hope in her well that was basically confirmed in Catra's nightmare, Adora's glare really got to her. "Why did you do it?"

Adora looking longingly after Catra after every fight or interaction in Season 1... Catra's heartbreak was evident but Adora's was subtle because 1) diff. personalities and 2) many new things demanding her attention:
