@hereonmars_ Procreate is an excellent tool, lots of how-to vids on YouTube. I also use Clip Studio Paint but it’s a monthly charge.
To learn basics of layers, masks etc. I’d go for Procreate - it’s pretty intuitive. I painted these doggo’s using it
