クリスタで絵を書き出すと色味が変わる人は、
表示→カラープロファイル→プレビューの設定を開き、プレビューするプロファイルを環境に合ったものに変更してみて下さい。
MacBook Air(2014)の私はRGB:DisplayからRGB:sRGB IEC61966-2.1に変更することで解決しました。
