After seeing these panels i confirmed once again that losing Nakyum would be The end for Yoon Seungho. Nakyum is his life and soul, his everything.

I've a feeling that No-Name would actually get involved...remember when he acknowledged how Nakyum is just suffering "the whims of these nobles," which is why he didn't leave Nakyum with some deformity to keep him quiet (i.e. cut tongue) before he let him go?
So either No Name saves Nakyum because Jihwa begged him to, or IH's house is like 30 seconds away and Seungho believes Jihwa without questions (if he actually listens to him before killing him) and then turns into Joseon's Usain Bolt.
