Redid my line art from last night and man, line width makes a HELL of a difference.
I think the next part is gonna be perfecting the number of strands to use for each hair group and the spacing between them.
@aiaiyeri OK SO 1. You draw big strands of hair i personally prefer drawing a dot on where the hair comes from so that its easier to determine how it flows 2. You add colors and shading 3. I put a new layer on top of all layers to render the hair and fix it and to also add details

Sometimes I try to make things easier to understand but just end up confusing myself! I wanted to simplify this 2 interwoven Greek Crosses motif (the red shows the strands going underneath) but instead of sticking with just 1 Cross, I did part of both, yeah like really clear! 🙄
