10. Of the vns I've actually finished instead of dropping them midway, I'd have to say Fraternite, honestly? Not because of the VERY extreme content, even, but because the concept was SO interesting, but the game was too focused on shock value to really go anywhere.

9. I hate to give such a non-answer, but it really depends on the game? Because I have all-time favorites in both categories. Inochi no Spare and Little Busters are both some of the most emotional experiences I've had with vns, but Inochi has no choices, and Litbus has tons.

5. How long have you been playing VNs?

The first VN I played through was Snow Drop in 2004, so it's been a while! I didn't really get into VNs until 2014 though. I wasn't much of a plot-focused game player until about 7 years ago, I played MMOs and competitive games before then.

I 100% recommend the Higurashi VNs. They are absolutely trhilling and impossibly clever. Nothing to do with the rushed, souless adaptation that was the 2000's anime.
