My piece of advice would be to bring up the mouth a bit and lower the nose a little, as well as maybe bring the eyes up a little more! I hope this helps ^^

Best piece of advice is more forehead, more volume in the hair, and move the head up a little bit!

I used the liquify tool (and a little bit of the lasso tool) to hopefully show off some adjustments you can make! Overall, your art is very pretty ^^ I hope I helped!
