Made this in 2011 in Zbrush. It's special bc it was the 1st sculpt in a medium I wanted to work in for so long but lacked the confidence to start. I thought I'd try a Ratfink style bc I could do what I wanted without worrying about anatomy.

Anatomy. Hepatic veins join IVC close to the diaphragm while the portal vein passes over IVC before branching. Also, in general portal vein has brighter walls.
Superior in 👇🏼 picture = right of the US screen 👆🏼
