Feeling pretty good about this ink wash approach. Just a fountain pen, water brush and pencil. The ink is semi-water resistant so it can hold its lines while still being able to blend. Darker tones are achieved by directly pulling ink from the fountain pen into the water brush.

Along with trying different brushes, I also tried different approaches to drawing eyes. For Khanh and Phuong, I drew in their irises and pupils with the pen brushes. For Trinh and Hao, I painted those parts with the airbrush. I'm not sure which approach is better
