I like Clip Studio Paint's wish the animation part with duplicating cels wasn't so annoying. Why dose it need to be like that? Aside from it I recommend CSP!

Just got it this year when it was 50% off, eminently satisfied, should've done this years ago. Feels much more natural than that other program which was primarily intended for photomanipulation. Clothing folds are fun again!
