It's obviously just a honest mistake. I'm not artist, but other than the head shape and eyes, everything is different from the original art, so it's definately not art theft, it's not even really copy, just tracing, many of us have done this as kids (1/3)

Yeah, there’s a definite difference in referencing and tracing. This is an exact copy, however people may think that’s okay because it’s not the same characters. :/ all the muscles and lines match the original piece.
