A trick my sister shared with me: take all of your layers and merge them. Copy that merge and undo all the merging then paste the full merge. If you overlay it on top of everything, it can really brighten and saturate your work. A gaussian blur on this merge can also be nice!

Kalo buat yang benda2 depannya cuma digambar pake brush biasa terus dikasih gaussian blur. Dan terakhir new layer, trus dibikin semacam vignette gituu tapi pake brush biasa cuma layernya diganti jadi multiply (kiri tanpa multiply, kanan pake)

I used to do lines in flash, then move them over to Realworld Paint for colours, where I would draw bands of different shades then Gaussian blur them.
