I wanted to slightly redesign this character, but all I really wanted to change was the wings bc I didn't like the weird limitations the species they used to be had on wings, so I just went and edited her current ref. Here's Viviana's new design!

Working on posing my 3D model I made for VRchat to 3D print later. I added a lot of extra details that I couldn't do on the base model cause of VRchat limitations. Imma have to wait till next semester to print it but I'm super excited! Really proud of how it turned out!!

Shiny Lapras in the past was pretty similar to the current appearance, just more pinkish overall, even on the shell. That's because of the graphical limitations of the Game Boy Color we know very well by now.

At first I thought he would have a horrible personality, but he's actually VERY soft. He's like a mom who nags the fl about her well-being, he takes really good care of her, he knows his limitations, he cheers her up, & he tries his best to understand her. I LOVE HIM AAAAAAAAAAAA
Also made one of my OC Lùn but there were limitations. The snout is too short and I couldn't make her ears tall. I also had to draw the scars on myself.
Also FYI she's a Fennec/Red Fox hybrid. So she's much shorter than the average fox.

PS2 era games tend to have a hand painted feel because they're so texture driven. I'm glad to see something as popular as Arcane dip back into this aesthetic not cos of nostalgia or technical limitations, but cos of the intentionality this approach affords!
