Its that Sonic Satam game mockup thing but recreated using as base one of the walking sprites(second img) since the whole animations on that low quality video were inconsisent in style terms.

Did you know that the Complete Series SatAM DVD is the only release of SatAM to use the logo as seen in the opening?

All other VHS and DVD releases since the 90s have used alternate red to yellow gradient logos.

An early model sheet of the character reveals she was originally given a primarily green color pallette. Green colors, possibly due to yet another model sheet mixup, would become the character's primary colors-

My headcanon is Agents are not as advanced as Kit and Surge, but are still more useful than a regular old robot. also. The SwatBot Commander is a nod to the commander swatbot in sonic satam and the Dark Chronicles swatbot.
