Update 26 for my art month, Ryu's "Shinkuu Hadoken" super move.

Old school fans may remember Super SF2's nicely animated hand-drawn intro with Ryu blasting his Hadoken fireball right out of the screen. This piece is a homage to that sequence.

Yeah if you watch the first opening of the anime you can see her tits bouncing during her water sequence. The anime is just very inconsistent and they don't draw her breast underneath her robe. Here's another one from ED 6 where they do it correctly. Inconsistency is the problem.
