some of my fave board books!! (tho I'll admit anything by Jeffers and Haughton is fab in general) & I always say give the That's Not My & Don't Tickle The series a go to get kids used to textures, I just think they're neat

So this is turning into an entire thing.

When I was doing some of the practice burn scar textures, I realized I hated the way I'd done her skull shape so much I couldn't unsee it.

So I completely redid it.

And I think I messed up on one of her eyes this time, too...

there is something about hand painting shadows in textures, I know you are not a fan of banjo games lol but it really had some moody feeling about the coloring in the worlds, they really look great
