Shock Troopers

Somehow high school me never played this during the Metal Slug obsession era outside of listening to the OST nonstop so what's the verdict 6 years later?

Short and simple this game is a blast to play and I really loved it, shoutout to Big Mama

8.5/10

I came across , discovered REDD, loved the hell out of the character and since I was already working on a bunch of Shock Troopers style sprites I thought "fuck it, I'll take a creative break" and thus this came to be.

Example:
Like Insane Artist could be hanging out with , Prodigy is helping fight off Storm troopers or droids in a cool Star Wars themed image etc. It's just for fun and kinda give my OCs more life to them.

this reminds me of my dad.
he used to work on planes for the air force and always said he could never understand para-troopers or sky divers because "why would anyone want to jump out of a perfectly good plane?"

Stormtrooper! (This here’s an older piece I did awhile ago) Over the course of this next year I’ll be slowly working my way through finishing my Imperial Collage!

Quickie bonus art for the day cause i had to get the design out. Here's a new character: PT-04. She's a Penance Trooper, a rare subcategory of death troopers comprised of former criminals of the empire atoning through battle.

If Armorclads is any indication, this series ought to number into the hundreds. A strong debut for fans of "Starship Troopers," "Avatar," & "Live Die Repeat."

Check out this preview, & if you're into & snag the prologue:

My answer would probably be Shock Troopers (and 2nd Squad), and other arcade Neo-Geo/SNK titles I've grew up with

Another SW horror art. This is an idea based on this art piece by , which credit to for introducing, is what formed the concept of Webbish Bog feeding on these Stormtroopers, & the Oracle himself enjoys watching, which fuels its power through fear

A Terran regular and a Terran Heavy Trooper.

The heavy troopers are heavily armored and specialize as shock troopers to maximize civilian casualties to demoralize the enemy.
