@RobotJQ @Procreate All done in Procreate. Clip Studio is too new a trick for an old dog like me, and I don’t enjoy that it’s just a direct port of the desktop app, because it doesn’t translate well to a touchscreen interface.

so,apparently the reason why a Sonic 3 port won't happen it's not because of music license,but for the lack of attention during its prototype showcase and for a failed campaign to continue development EVEN supported by Stealth himself..
