This one was a trip and a half to make XD I decided to mix traditional lining with digital painting and boy did I spend an entire day in it, it was much harder than I thought XD

So Photoshop's been REALLY weird with me since I updated my video drivers. Can someone help me with when I use Free Transform and when I try to scale & rotate raster objects, skewing pixels to maintain some form of solid vertical lining format. Can anyone help me fix this?
