This might be an unpopular take, but...
...I'm kind of tired of animated films exploring Generational Trauma when the only ending that they're willing to have is "The trauma was resolved because it's the end of the movie now and that's when things are resolved :)

I suffer from the rare case of seasonal depression in the summer time due to dealing with lots of trauma during the summer time. Its because of this that I'm not a big fan of summer. I have lots of gray days- 1/2
